We have 10 years experience in manufacturing the said products. Below is a brief introduction of our products:
1. PET Moulds: We have developed the 48-cavity PET moulds ranging from 10ml to 20L. The advance technology introduced from the foreign countries was applied to the design of hot runners, which is the key factor affecting the mould performance. The key parts (such as Core, Cavity plate etc) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany.
2. Cap Moulds: The non-cutting PE sprue design was adopted for the hot runner of cap moulds. The key parts (such as the core, cavity, slide core) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany. The cycle time for our 32-cavity moulds is only 10 seconds. If it is used together with the Chiller and approporiate. Injection moulding machine, the cycle time can be lowered to 8 seconds.
3. Bottle-Blowing Moulds: Up to now, we have developed one-step moulds and two-step moulds. The cavities are made of erosionproof hard alloy known as airplane aluminum. The key parts(such as Core/Cavity) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany, which will help to ensure the bottle quality.
4. PET&PC Bottles: Up to now, we can manufacture different kinds of PET Bottles by using our quality moulds. We can manufacture the following bottles: hampoo, shower, gel, lotion, hair oil beverage/juices, cosmetic creams, pharmaceutical bottles, Jar, 5 gallon bottles etc.
5. One step moulds: We have developed the moulds that used together with Nissei & Aoki machines, which is fully automatic from injection to bottles(Injection-Strecth-Blowing). It will help you to save more labour cost.
